Density Monitor Verification

Join DILO's Regional Sales Manager, Chris Barrett, and Steve Skinner from Substation Consulting, LLC for an in-depth look into density monitors on SF6 gas breakers.

Steve Skinner, an industry veteran, joined the T&D Industry in 1977. Steve has worked in installation, commissioning, and maintaining circuit breakers; a technical advisor to the personnel in the field;  a circuit breaker failure investigator. Steve also has extensive experience with on-line monitoring systems. Module 1: This is My Density will cover the relationship of pressure and density, the pros and cons of measuring each measurement and an overview of the difference operation of a pressure gauge and a density monitor.

Chris Barrett is the Regional Manager for the west coast, based at our DILO facility in Portland, OR. He has been a part of the DILO team since 2011, and during his tenure, he has had the privilege of working directly with end-users in the field and at our main service facility in Odessa, FL as a shop technician.
